Whats wrong with my fish? It has a lump in its stomach!!?

ok well i have a golden (like the california poppy) gourami and his stomach is bloated my other one is already dead but without the lump and had the same symptoms

*Swimming awkwardly
*laying on the floor and just breathing
*not scared of people
*unresponsiveness
*swallowing lots of air

any responce is a good responce
