I have a 01 Golf. Its been running fine for the year I've had it, but a few days ago a light started flashing on and off in the dashboard. Its a picture of an engine.
The more worrying thing is the car (which is a 1.6) feels sluggish. I've to rev more than usual when taking off at traffic lights. And sometimes I can feel the engine shaking a bit when its idling.
Has anyone comes across this before? Whats wrong with my car?
