whats wrong with my bluetooth? :(?

i just brought a blue tooth yesterday a Motorola hk200... it worked fine all day till it needed to be charged, i put it on the charger and the next day nothing happened its completely dead... no flashing lights no nothing... i read the manual i searched online support but none has anything about the blutooths lite not flashing.. whats wrong with it? can someone help me???? i really wana get back to smash talking on black ops...lol
