whats wrong with my 89 honda accord no suction to pcv valve?

my car broke down one day when i was driving the car started to rev down instead of up when i pushed the gas then died, i try ed to start it again and it wouldn't start, there's spark to the coil and its getting gas to the injectors but it wont fire up and there's no suction when i plug the PVC valve with my finger help!!
what could it be is what im wondering the pcv valve is bran new we just replaced it were trying to find out what could be wrong with the car if you would please re read my question any one and see if you understand what im saying if not please ask im a mom in need of help the pcv valve is new once again there is no suction and car wont turn on like i said above is what happenes
 
No suction from the PCV valve indicates the valve is defective and needs a replacement.

Try obvious and simple stuff first.
