whats wrong with my 49cc pocket bike?

i havent used it in about a month or so. now it just wont start at all. i have tryed cleaning the spark plug and also dipping the spark plug in petrol.. still nothing.. also tryed turning off the petrol then starting to try and make it unflood... STILL NOTHING.. please help.. thanks
