Whats wrong with my 2002 Dodge Intrepid?

My 2002 dodge intrepid is starting to do its tricks again. the car will be fine the whole winter until spring or when it Start's to get warm. the car will rev up to 1,500 RPM's and it will stick sometimes when i stop and go. < with more detail it will thrust like 2 or 3 times and then it takes off.
