I just recently came into possestion of an 1991 Honda Accord, with an automatic transmission and almost 200,000 thousand miles. Recently when I try to start the car, the "S" light, or Sport Mode Light, will come on and blink. Then the car will not start. But if you take the key out, wait a minute or two, then try again, the light will often turn off and the car will run fine, I've been told this is an electrical issue, but I've also heard it could be a transmission issue? Could someone please provide some input?
