Whats wrong with my 1990 standard trans honda accord?

Out of the blue my clutch pressure changed while i was driving my car and the it became extremly hard to to shift into all gears. Even when i have the clutch pushed in all the way and its in first or reverse the car still pulls as if im easing off the clutch but im not i have the clutched pushed all the way down. Somebody said it might be a slave cylinder
