What's wrong with me?

Lately I've had a runny nose, but that seemed to have been a problem with Dust in my Room and now fixed. Fine for the next 3 days and then all of a sudden I've woken up today feeling terrible. I've experienced nausea but no vomiting and a pain in both sides near my waist and towards my back. I've had no temperature however and feeling pretty normal apart from the nausea. The Nausea has kinda been on and off through the day
