I really need everyone's help i'm quite worried, am i sick? Symptom include: lower abdominal pain/ JUST A SORE STOMACH REALLY EVERYWHERE has been happening a day for 3 weeks so 2 days-4days in that time period. Gas, a few headaches, a bit of nausea everytime i burp a little bit of throw up cmes out, I just finished my period but i'm not sure if it's because of that? I have quite a sore stomach and it hurts alot and i'm feeling quite dizzy, tired, a tiny bit cramped, i have a normal appetite, and feelign a bit faint and weird this isn;t the first time i have felt that but i'm sick of feeling like it, i have a fine-ish diet, just feeling a bit dizzy and weird too. a bit sick somtimes, i'm just really worried, i only got my period back after 2 months of not having it so i'm kind of scared, i'm definitely not pregnant as i'm not active in that way..i'm only 15..and i'm very scared/worried, is this possible appendicitis or some sort of digestive problem or brain tumor or something i'm really really worried! someone please help asap. thank you so much!!!
