What's worse for your teeth, soda drinks or apple cider vinegar?

I was just wondering cus today was the first time I drank a bit of coca cola in a long time and was so paranoid about it wearing away my teeth. I don't like carbonated drinks. I took 2 tbs of apple cider vinegar (ACV) with some soup the other day. Heard that it's bad for your teeth too since it's acidic. I want to start the routine of having 2 tbs of ACV everyday though since I heard it has a lot of health benefits. So this question came to mind.

soda drinks... the thing about acid is that it dissolves the enamel on the tooth, but its effect is minimal, and i assume you'll drink water to wash it away cos cider vineger is horrible... anyway the point is it doesn't stay in your mouth, and gets diluted by saliva...
soda drinks however, have lots of sugar, sugar feeds the bacteria in your mouth which in turn produces acid in the nook and crannies on your teeth... especially if your sleeping and dont' phsically wash it away... its much worse for your teeth, in this case, i suggest you drink diet coke because it has no sugar...
overall though, as long as u brush regularly, and rinse you mouth with water after a meal, you'll be fine.
