Whats with this girl and her text responses?

were both 16. she used to respond all the time.. now recently she responds only sometimes. She responds when shes free basically. If I start texting her, and she responds, its sincere and it will go on for an hour. Other times i text her, she doesn't even respond. And she does recieve the texts, and she does read them... what is going on?
could it be, that im anoying her too much?
 
maybe sometimes she's busy or she just doesnt want to talk to you girls do get annoyed too you know? just back off a lil bit dont be too pushy and if she doesnt reply maybe ask her whats going on text her when you really really need to or something like that or every once in a while
