I agree with the Chinese government being somewhat corrupted, on top of that the censorship in the Chinese media.
But from an American's point of view. Everyday now I see the news on CBS, ABC, etc. that are all over "FREE TIBET". Don't you guys think that those news channels are also sending out propaganda favoring Tibet?
Historically, Tibet has been part of China's dynasty long before the Americas were discovered. Dalai Lama is just trying to taken over part of a nation right now. Honestly, I'd think that he's been giving the people in Tibet propagandas how the Chinese are ruining Tibet when in reality Tibet has been mostly built and supplied by China, including schools, railroads (transportation), etc.
Lastly, about the protest. There are cars being burnt on the roadsides, stores being burnt and looted... Those are all done by the PROTESTERS. Let's say that those things such as car bombing and burning down buildings going on in New York, what would the US government do?
Not allowing China to arrest protesters? If the protesters vandalize cars on the roadside, and doing all that damage in the US, we aren't suppose to arrest those either? Just let them go off free?
