What's up with the steering in my 2003 Jeep grand cherokee?

Ok, so I asked a question about a week ago about why the steering in my Jeep is getting a little tougher. Ya'll awesomely responded and advised I likely needed power steering fluid. Well, I checked my fluid level, and it's completely full. What else could it be?
It's just becoming a little tougher to steer, and on occasion will squeal when I make a super tight turn, and has the air sound. Any ideas? I'd like to get some ideas before I take it back to the shop...yet again. Thanks!

Hello Jodi S....

ok im going to try to help you but it's kinda hard doing it like this so here it goes....

maybe the serpentine belt is loose and kinda slipping, the reason is squals on a sharp turn is because it takes more stress on the pump making the pully on the power steering fluid slip around belt.........

I highly doubt the pump is bad, but could be

could be bad quality P/S fluid, proubly some dummy but like brake fluid in there ( only automatic transmission fluid can go in to power steering )
