I haven't downloaded any songs in like a year, so I went to the limewire's website randomly a couple of weeks ago, and it had a legal notice on it saying something like it was shut down and it's going to court. I've had limewire for a few years, but decided to stop downloading a year ago because of so much stuff on my computer. Anyways, just was wondering what happened to it? A buddy of mine has limewire too, and he tried to open it up, and he can't download anything either. I know this is probably old news, but just was wondering how they got caught, when it happened, and all the details? Is the government trying to crack down on all these illegal downloading sites? Any info will help. Thanks. Will bear share and any other ones get shut down in the near future?
