What's up with all these drivers parking in the bicycle lanes?

I ride a bicycle about 100 miles a week in urban and suburban areas and spend alot of time in bike lanes. I always have to deal with cars parked or even driving in the bicycle lane. Are these people morons or am I crazy for assuming that people should obey traffic laws?
 
bicycles dont pay road tax, they have literaly no right to complain about anything,bicycles should only be used off road and off foot paths, most bicycle riders are a danger to themselves and other road users, they wear ridiculously tight clothing and go at dangerously slow speeds, I ride a motorcycle and I pay my road tax, car drivers pay their car tax, dont expect too much sympathy from anyone.
