What's this song about a dance?

It was a relatively old song about a dance. At some point in time Carole King sang it. It was one of those songs that taught a dance, like Time Warp kind of. Only it was kind of pop-ish and upbeat. The only lyrics I remember are "It's easier than learning your ABCs" and "My little sister can do it."

Any ideas? This has been driving me nuts.
