on the movie cover is a young attractive man, behind him is like a humanoid man with large snake like features, and a few other monster type humanoids. the movie is kinda old, from the 80's probably. its about some monster people that have powers and live like in the ground or in another dimension and this guy discovers it, gets some of his blood in theirs and gets powers and trys to join them or fight for leadership or something.
