ok i was on break the other day and i watched part of this movie but i have no idea whats its called, so here's some random facts that i can remember....
1980's, futureistic, corrupt cops who force entire neighborhoods out of their homes using giant robot that looks straight out of star wars. Vigilante group driving orange or yellow van tries to stop them, little girl hacks robot and makes it be on their team. Gang called splatterpunks? attacks cops.....PLEASE HELP!
