What's this group dance called?

The \o/ are people. About 5 maybe 3 meters away.
When the music starts, they walk up to each other, link arms, and do a spin, and then go back to their places.
2nd move, they walk up to each other, grab each other's hands, and spin around once, then back to their place.
3rd move, they cross their arms, circle your partner once, and then go back to your place.
4th, the people on the right end would take hands, link arms with the rest of the people and spin, then spin with their partner, then the next person down the hall of people, and so on. Then they skip down the hall of people, and go back, then split apart, and walk around the other people. The people on the left end would make an arch, then wheen they walk through the arch, themselves make an arch, and the rest of the people go through the arch with their partner.

What is this dance called?
Its like.. Marie Antoinette dance, I guess. What's it called?
