Whats this fish called? Please help?

I am after this fish but i don't actually know it's real name. I think it's a fantail but i don't know what type. It's a coldwater fish and it looks like a puffy ball with a little head. It's also white and gold. If you could please help me with the limited information i have gave you it would be a great help... Thank you.
