I heard a scientist say it once, but he was French and often got words mixed up, so I don't know if it's even an English word. He was referring to the fact that 2 planets with gravitational forces cannot be closer than a certain distance before one or the other starts to crack up. The word I'm looking for describes that limit. It was _______ limit. It sounded like "Larushes" but like I said, the guy got some French mixed into his English sometimes. When I search that word I can't find anything even similar to it. Can anybody help me out?
