Whats the word for....?

whats the word for someone that cant speak for themselves.. like they have no original answers and they sometimes just say i dont know or say something that someone else said.

and its a bigger word, not the usual one with 'un' added in front of it. its an actual definition.
 
When you asked this question the first time, why didn't you just add those details onto that question, instead of asking a whole new one?
