ahead and add the abominations.? I love making weird sandwiches - trying out different things. I want to open my own bar/slash/live music venue called Subcultures. So - right now I'm experimenting.
Today I made this:
I took Sriracha Hot Sauce and mixed it with Blue Cheese Dressing - add both to taste. I spread it over regular sandwich bread. I took two pieces of ham and put one slice on each half on opposite corners of their respective sides. Then I put a squiggle of Sriracha over both slices of ham and then sprinkled chopped up celery on top of that then folding the ham slices over. Then I carefully closed the sandwich so the ham slices overlapped perfectly and then I enjoyed. It was awesome. What's yours?.
PS...I would have used onion too but I ran out.
