what's the Top 5 bicycles which I could buy from Walmart?

MY BUDGET IS 200$ or BELOW...I ride bicycles causally, but I want to buy a bicycle with gears, I tried to search walmart to buy one. but the problem is...there was too many options and I don't know which bicycles will tolerate a 6 foot guy like me and which will not. I don't trust the user reviews because each one contradict the other.

please if you have any knowledge in walmart bicycles under 200$ just post an answer, you will really help me a lot buy doing that.
 
There is no bike at walmart that fits a 6footer well. I know, I am 6 ft.

Go to a good bike shop, have them help you figure out how to buy a used $100 bike from craigslist or from GoodWill, giving the bike shop $100 for service.

Better purchase.
 
Everyone who asks about a Wal-Mart bicycle here gets the same answer. That is because the devices sold at Wal-Mart called bicycles are just marginally bicycles. (2 wheeled riding machines)

What usually isn't explained to the beginner is the fact that just because they have 2 wheels doesn't mean that they will reliably ride down the street.

Even though to the untrained eye they look perfectly good, the materials and workmanship are terrible -- then add in the fact that an amateur has assembled the bike. There is no one part at fault that you could change to make it better. It is the sum of all the inferior parts that is to blame.

There is a good reason the price is so low. They are toys. Made for children that will outgrow the product.

The alternatives for your price range are all used. A good quality bicycle that is used is far better than a new Wal-Mart bike. Used Mercedes priced the same as a new Suzuki -- what do you buy?

Shop at your local bike shop, bike co-op, or online for used bicycles.
 
I have bought 3 bikes from Walmart 2 were returned because of problems. The third one had a problem and the manufacturer sent me a replacement part. It is used on my trainer because it's no fun to ride. Walmart bikes are junk and I will never buy another one. At 6 ft you won't find one that will fit you anyway, they only come in one size. Go to the local bike shop and see what they have and then look on the local ebay or Craig's list for the same thing.
