well, i think the title is "soulmates" but i'm not so sure...
it's a romance story, where this boy and this girl meet and fall in love but it ended tragically. In this book, everyone is 'reincarnated', so after their death, hundreds of years afterwards, they meet and fall in love again. And again it ends tragically. This cycle continues until they are finally together peacefully during the modern era as high-school kids.
