What bleach and developer should I use?
Because I have used like 5 different types of bleach stuff on strand tests, and leave it on for 30-45 min, and all it does is turn to a shit-brown.
My natural hair color is blonde, but since Nov 2009, I have been dying my hair black. And now it seems like it's stained black.
What's a really strong bleach I can use, so it actually turns really light? And not shit-brown.
& Don't say my hair is going to fall out or whatever, because I only want part of my side-bang to be bleached...
And I know what i'm doing because my mom is a professional beautician. And even SHE doesn't know what to use to get the black out of my hair. We have used so many different types of color-removers and bleaches, They don't work..
