what's the risk of mercury poisoning in sushi consumption?

depends on where the fish is from. In the delta back home where I used to live, there were posted signs warning you not to eat more than 4 fish from that water a year due to mercury levels. but if you are getting sushi at a restaurant, they use top grade fish, so you should be fine eating it every day if you like it.

None I´ve been eating sushi since like ever and I haven´t gotten sick or anything like that.

It depends on the type of fish, and the waters that they were caught in:) Tuna and Spanish mackerel are very high in mercury; and I get really sick from them
