Whats the reason for this dancing that the President and his old lady are doing?

And why so late it's almost 12;30 am here on the east coast and they are dancing at a few places..they should go home and get some shut eye
 
It is tradition that when you are having the time of your life you dance the night away with the one you love.
Since the song they were dancing to was "At Last" it is appropriate to do what they are doing.
You only get elected President of the United States for the first time once in your life and when you do that; you celebrate and your constituents celebrate with you. Tomorrow he will get to work.
Get off his back.
 
They like to have a good time. You might learn to relax too, if you get a life!
