the USCIS? my wife and I recently married and we just got our certified marriage certificate from the county. she went to the social security office to try and change her last name on her social security card to my last name and they said that she needed to go to the USCIS / DHS office to change it there first since her legal status is currently an asylee (who is now eligible to apply for a green card). I checked the USCIS website and couldn't find any form to fill out or any information regarding name change for an asylee? any insight? or anyone with a similar situation? does anyone now the process for this particular situation? thanks in advance.
