What's the phrase for when the audience accepts a movie's terrible cgi...?

You know, when the special effects aren't realistic, but you don't complain about it because you like the story, and you accept the fact that they couldn't get it to look realistic.
There's a phrase for that, I forgot what it is. It's like, the audience is giving you a pass for that crappy cgi because you're doing a good job with the story.
 
It's called the "suspension of disbelief." You know you are watching a movie or a stage play but you become so hypnotized by the story that you set all of the environment aside and just accept the story.
