Whats the new Limewire?

I heard that a month after Limewire went down they put up a new site.. can anyone tell me what its called, if its safe, reliable, ect..

uTorrent.
Frostwire kinda sucks....
but with torrents you gotta be careful on what you download because some stuff can have virus's of course, just like limewire and frostwire. If you have anti virus protection you should be alright tho.
