whats the name of this teen witch book series?

I cannot remember the name of this series i read once once, a couple of years ago, and i cant remember the author either, here are some dot points i remember about the book, i hope they help you:

-the main character had a sister and a mother and father
-she found out she was adopted because she is a witch (it runs int he family)
-she was a normal girl until a new guy came to school and taught them about witches and she found out she was one.
-they had circles
-her friend was a tall guy who had glasses and pimples (a bit ugly) then she made a blemishes potion and he used it and he didnt need his glasses anymore and his pimples cleared up
-her best friend and her were both in love with the guy who ran the circles
-she had a "strawberry" birthmark the shape of a dagger
-that ment she decended from a certain witch clan that was evil
-her friend had a bmw with electic seat warmers
-her and her friend had a falling out about the guy who ran the circles and her friend dicthed her and hated her after that ...

-towards the end of the book she found out this guy was an ass hoela nd he tried to burn her alive in a shed that was his little "hideaway"
