It is mostly a techno song with a chorus that sounds like a lady singing: "wha-o-o.. wha-o.. wha-o...wha-o-o-o" then repeats that line multiple times (with a low sounding electro-melody and bass line going on during the lyrics). I believe its fairly new because I've heard it around my college a few times. To bad I didn't hear any actual lyrics or I could have just googled it lol. Thanks!
