...into a girl? I just remember it was about a nice old witch who found a black cat I think...and she turned the cat into a girl. The girl had a big red ribbon in her hair because I think she had it on as a cat. There's also something about the girl ending up at some castle and getting tipsy with some prince. So she started acting like a cat again because she had gotten drunk and forgot that she was in human form..
