I was watching this anime one night but I forgot the name. It was about this guy and he does this thing called B L A S T which is like a street fighting arena. One of the people he fought against got killed so police thought it was him and arrested him. Then this one lady takes him out of prison to this abandoned city were you have to fight other people to get Tags and whoever gets the most Tags wins or something... I forgot because I only saw one episode.
