Whats the name of this anime?

Its about a girl who comes across this blue capsul and this big blue guy pops out and says shes like a princess or something and must protect her and theres other lil capsul people and they have a castle in the sky. If anyone could tell me or even maybe guess what anime this is itd help. I think it has the word laggan in it but im not to sure
