Okay so this is what I remember about the movie, the main star of the film is a guy & I think he just starts working for this washed up actor that had a on stage accident, after a wardrob on wheels hits his chin implant dislocating it, disfugering him, so the boss guy stays alone in his mansion hiding in the shadows most of the time & drinks & takes pills & is a real a-hole,
The main charecter guy has a really wierd neighbour & the neighbour plays really odd almost morbid music late at night & the main charecter starts sneaking around the neighbours house & finds out his neighbour is really killing people at night when the music is playing,
well the charecter catches on & decides to set up his mean ex girlfriend to get killed by this guy & smashes the neighbours car at a parking lot & leaves a rude note with his ex's name & address, so he kills her.
Any idea, I think it must be a 90's mabye earliy 00's
& its not disturbia!
