What's the name of that restaurant where they are supposed to act like assholes?

I know there is this restaurant somewhere where the whole point is to get completely opposite service than what normal restaurants give. I think its called "A-holes" or something. Like they call you names and trow straws at you and things like that. Does anyone know the name and where it is?
