What's the name of that gadget and how can I get one?

A recent commercial shows a man in village in Italy who speaks English into a hand-held gadget and that gadget translates what he said into Italian for an old gentleman to hear. The translation voice is that of a woman and it says something like: Il mio nanno ha natto en questa villagio
