What's the name of that exercise machine they show on T.v.?

I seen it awhile back and can't remember the name. It's red and it goes back and forth?

I think its called "the Abdominizer."... You sit your knees in it, back toward the ceiling, while holding the bars, and you swing to the left... and swing to the right... in that motion. If I recall, I saw that Walmart and Target has them now!.... I always wondered myself how effective they are!...
