What's The Name of a Older Tv Show About U.S. Marshals?

The show was on i think between 1998 -2004 on a local channel real late at night or early morning. It was a bunch of Cops i think they where Marshals. It was a Reality type show They would Go on a Hunt for the most Wanted People that know one else could catch. The show would start out with this guy singing YOU CAN RUN BUT YOU JUST CANT HIDE. Not sure if it was Called U.S MARSHALS or something else? it was selling i think with Cheaters Show as a box set
