they bite you you turn? If they bite you you turn into a monster type creature with long sharp claws and sharp teeth
the claws were probably a foot long an they looked normal besides the claws and the teeth also their eyes were weird and it took place in like a city and there was 1 scene that i clearly remember the group of survivors were running and a black guy stoped and picked up bags of money and the rest left and the black guy got stabed in the back. and if they bite or scratch you you turn into one
