or in a material bag. people normally have a couple of them and spin them round. and sometimes their glow in the dark ones that look awesome. but i cant think of the names.

that wasnt what i had in mind jeanie but that sounds like fun too.
What im thinking of is like 2 long bag's with a ball in each and you hold one in each hand, and hold the end of the material bag and swing them in all oposite directions and prefirably throw in a bit of funky dancing for extra effect.
