Whats the Motorola Q9c Flash Code? Im trying to activate it with Cricket.?

I have a Motorola Q9c and its fully flashed to cricket, but the store clerks are telling me i need a certain code to "unlock" it. I really dont understand but I think that this code is available online but I cant find it...Please Help!

The box says,alltel wireless Moto Q9c
