What's the most comfortable bicycle seat?

I just bought a NEXT bike off of a neighbor and have ridden twice. Went to go back on it today and my "seat" is so sore I couldn't even get out of the driveway. What's the best and most comfortable style/brand/type of seat to switch it with?

The NEXT bike is a mountain bike, not a street bike.
 
You can buy a nice gel one I know of. It is also very easy to customize one, just buy some tempurpedic stuff wrap it in leather and strap it on a bike with something. Good old american duck tape could even work!!!!!
