What's the minimum steps needed to start my business?

This will be a sole proprietorship.
I have an Employment Identification Number.
I would like to have the business name be a website address.
I would like to have a business bank account under the website address's name.
I would like to have a few 1099 employees.
What's the minimum I have to do to achieve this?
