What's the meaning of "pull up" and "pull out"?

Hi, I know the meanings of these two phrasal verbs, but as I showed them in sentences, some people said they didn't make any sense.

I wrote

What time does the bus pull out?

The dictionary says that pull out means means "leave". (Talking about vehicles). So, can I say "My bus pulls out at 7"?

The other sentence is "I had to pull my car up as I ran out of petrol" (I had to stop my car as I ran out of petrol). Is it incorrect?

My book says: "She pulled up suddenly at the traffic lights". Pull up here means "stop".

The other sentence says: "The train was just pulling out". Pull out = leave.

Could you help me writing examples with "pull out" and "pull up" in the context of VEHICLES, please? Only example in the context of vehicles.

HELP ME PLEASE...
