Whats the max lift for a stock 1979 ford 302 cylinder head?

Im going to completely rebuild it. but should i keep stock heads? im supercharging it and putting cams in.
i meant cam. but the heads i was looking at can handle 560 lift. but i need to know what the stock heads can handle. i have everything picked out. but im debating on the performance heads. im putting 10psi boost.
 
it only has one cam, so that will save you a little...if you are going to expense of supercharging you might want to get some forged low compression pistons so you can run some real boost.Performance heads would be a nice plus...not sure what you mean by max lift, for the cam lob lift, I would ask you cam grinder... but I would say not much over .500
