Well i meant considering form factor, thinness, being relatively high end. Of course I'd pick the E65 any day.

The slide on N80? Don't think so
The batt life on N80? Don't think so
The Free RAM on N80? Don't think so
Camera? Maybe the N80 has macro mode, the E65 doesn't
The only thing that might be a real kicker on the N80 might be the high res display but I must say that the one on the E65 is better than N80's in one thing, the angle of view is muuuuuch better on the E65
